1. Choose your destination from the following eight countries: Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Malaysia

2. With a partner, begin researching your country. Complete the Southeast Asia Summative Assessment Checklist.

3. Begin planning your trip. You are limited by $5000, which should at least cover a 2 week trip. You must visit three cities or islands.

4. You must research not only information about the country itself but also the cost of your trip. A good place to start would be with a round-trip ticket from Philadelphia or New York. You will keep track of this cost, as well as the cost of your hotel or AirBnb.

5. Put together your PowerPoint. There will be a minimum of 20 slides. Remember you will be presenting this to the class. Keep the slides interesting and professional. Use at least one image per slide.

6. Present to the class for 10% of your grade. Refer to the rubric in the classwork file.
